Hi! I’m Henry Boland, an economist and programmer by training, and the Principal Consultant at HBC Business Transformation. It was early in my first tech job, as a systems analyst at The Williams Companies (a Fortune 500 energy company) that I quickly discovered my knack for organization and execution as well as communicating technical ideas to business people in their terms. This spawned a life-long passion for discovering the best ways to get things done. Working with companies to enable increased production, higher quality, enhanced efficiencies, greater profitability, and efficient and fun working environments is what HBC is all about.
I’ve worked throughout the US and in China, Korea, Canada, and the UK, with both collocated and widely disbursed teams.
