City and County of Denver (CCD) (Denver, CO) – Value realization through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) design and implementation.

The Challenge:
CCD needed to overhaul their approach to citizen engagement through their online presence. It was a challenging, highly visible and strategic endeavor that required multiple solution sets and services. Furthermore, they sought an exemplary lean/agile engagement to use as a model for future projects across their technical organization.

The Solution:
Managing a collaborative team from Adobe Professional Services and CCD, we introduced a lean/agile approach with specific focus on showing working software every two weeks, along with continuous improvement kaizen sessions on the same cadence. In-depth Discovery sessions preceded development to assure that important design parameters were understood.

The result was a clean, digital transformation utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The implementation provided mobile and tablet responsiveness, a solid platform for redesign, and a smoother workflow-driven authoring experience that empowers agency editors to have more control over their content. Advanced analytics are plug in ready, and CCD expects total cost of ownership for the site to be significantly reduced.
